A studio built around the handoff nobody owns.
Most businesses don't fail at ideas. They fail where strategy hands off to design and design hands off to development — three vendors, three vocabularies, one diluted result.
The perspective
Northline Studio started from a stubborn observation: the parts of a website that decide its success — the message, the visual logic, the front-end structure — are usually made by people who never talk.
We work the opposite way. The strategist, designer and developer in this studio are the same conversation. That's not a lean-team cliché; it's why our proposals can promise that a headline, a color rule and a content field all trace back to one decision you approved once.
We're based in Dhaka and build for markets close and far. We take fewer projects, go deeper on each, and publish what we learned — because the industry runs on vagueness and we'd rather not.

Three principles, kept even when inconvenient
Reasoning, written down
Every recommendation ships with the argument for it. If you can't repeat the reasoning, we haven't finished the work.
No fake proof
No invented metrics, bought testimonials or anonymous "leading banks." Concepts say they're concepts. That policy is non-negotiable, including this page.
Leave it runable
A site your team edits confidently is the deliverable — the studio's continued presence should be optional, not structural.
How collaboration runs
Small, senior, direct. One decision-maker on your side, one owner on ours, weekly written updates whether there's good news or none.
Framing sessions. Half a day, once. We come with questions you haven't been asked and leave with a written brief you approve.
Decisions on dates. Every phase has named decision dates; silence on a date is a decision to proceed with our recommendation.
One invoice per phase. Fixed, as agreed. Scope changes get re-priced openly before anyone works on them.
The people
Names, portraits and verified backgrounds will appear here as the studio's team pages are confirmed. We won't sketch people who don't exist — same policy as everything else on this site.
