Brand strategy & visual identity
For businesses whose story has outgrown how it's told. We interview the people who know the business, read what the market says about you, and produce a positioning and messaging platform that every later decision can be measured against.
The visual identity is built to survive contact with reality: low-bandwidth pages, Bangladeshi and Latin type together, print and pitch decks — not just a Pinterest board.

02 · Design
UX/UI & website design
Design begins with the buyer's questions, not your competitors' websites. We map the journey from first visit to inquiry, then design each page to answer what the visitor actually needs at that moment.
You review decisions with reasoning. When we hand the design to development, nothing is "figured out later" — every state, gap and breakpoint is already drawn.
03 · Development
WordPress & custom frontend development
Two honest build paths: WordPress when your team needs to publish freely, or a static custom frontend when the site is primarily a marketing asset. We recommend one and tell you why — including when the answer is "not WordPress."
Whatever you choose: semantic HTML, no page-builder lock-in surprises, documented custom fields, and a Lighthouse budget we agree before the first commit.

04 · Care
Website improvement & maintenance
Launch is the halfway point. Care mode keeps the site current, fixes the friction your team reports, and works through a visible improvement backlog — so next year's site is measurably better than this year's.
No annual lock-in. If a month has nothing worth doing, the invoice says so.

Service questions
Can we start with design and postpone strategy?
You can — many studios will let you. We'll first check whether an hour of positioning changes the design. If the answer is "no, it changes everything," we'll say so, because the postponed hour returns later at triple the price.
Who writes the website copy?
We draft every page; you supply facts and corrections. Copy is part of design here — a headline that isn't true is a design flaw, and a true headline nobody can trust is a writing flaw.
Do you work with our existing developer or agency?
Often. Strategy-only or design-only engagements ship with developer-ready documentation, and we review builds by other teams as part of care mode.
What happens after launch?
A 30-day stabilization window (bugs fixed free), then either a care plan or a clean goodbye. We'd rather earn month twelve than trap you in it.
How much does a typical project cost?
Depends on scope and path; the honest range for a full strategy→build engagement starts in the low five figures (USD-equivalent), quoted in BDT or USD. Smaller phases are priced individually — ask.
